“Perfect for a Key West getaway!”
Great vibes throughout and really helpful staff. We like more peace and quiet so the staff gave us a room away from the pool area. The free shuttle is perfect for getting into town! The pool is fun and has everything you need... Towels, sun cream, ice water all complimentary, plus smoothies and churros come out complimentary as well!!

64 fahrenheit in the room? This is a joke. And toillett every minutes flushed itself, the walls like a paper everything, surely we heard everyhing what happened out of our room.the parking situation was a purely joke. They said "thats it". F@ck yourself then for that price

Nice big rooms, we chose this hotel as it wasn't a chain, seemed to be quite unique and at the time of booking adults only. Shuttle service to downtown was very much appreciated

Dear Booking.com Support, I am writing to formally report a serious payment issue with my recent stay at Havana Cabana Key West, from October 27 to October 30, 2025. The stay was fully prepaid via Booking.com for USD 721.69 (please see the attached Revolut record). Upon check-in, the property required a security deposit of USD 100 per night, which I accepted — a total of USD 300. However, instead of authorizing a temporary hold, the hotel charged my Revolut card USD 850.32 on October 27. They later claimed that USD 550 would be refunded and USD 300 kept as the deposit. As of today, November 6, no refund whatsoever has been credited back to my account — neither the USD 550 nor the USD 300. This means the hotel has kept the full USD 850.32, which is completely unacceptable. I request Booking.com’s urgent intervention to ensure that the entire amount is refunded immediately and that the property provides a written explanation for this unjustified charge. Attached: screenshot of Revolut transactions showing the initial debit of USD 850.32 and if needed will provide proof of no subsequent refunds Thank you for your prompt assistance and follow-up.
