“Good central base from which to experience Key West.”
Small + relatively basic. But the location was spot-on and centrally located - easy walking reach of the southern beaches, the old town and marina boardwalk, sunsets/mojitos @ Mallory Square and attractions like the Hemingway house. The pool and dedicated onsite parking were really handy, too. Would def recommend Mallory Square sunset + eating seafood on the boardwalk - saw tarpon and manatee in the marina! Avoid the easier beach at the southern end of Duvall Street and go for the Clarance S. Higgs Memorial Beach instead.

“Nice but overpriced.”
Apartment was ok, we paid quite a lot for it, and I understand it is demand driven, though over 300 a night for a room is excessive for what you get. GG on check in was fantastic.

The place was adequate for our trip and affordable than many places in Key West. The main part of Key West can be reached by 10mins bike, easy to find. There is parking onsite.
