loud and old AC (got sick) - loud ventilation in the room (no option to turn it off, 70-75db all the time) - no room cleaning - dirty pool (sand, food, plastic caps) - ocean view = road view & noise but for higher price.. - breakfast included = mandatory tips on top and limited options, no clear explanation what's included... - poor contact - same quality as random motel in Orlando - additional charges after complete checkout and deposit returned.. - bathroom not really separated - freakingly slow elevators - visible dissatisfaction of room service people - poor conditions - some people got robbed at the pool area since people from the outside are allowed

The hotel has excellent variety of games and entertainment options for both adults and kids. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was good and staff were friendly.
