“Fair, but major improvements required.”
The folks that run the place are pleasant; not the homeowner but the caretaker, a fine gentleman by the name of Abang Mie. Location is decent; small town that is about a 30 minute drive to a major city.

“Good but need improvement...”
Very responsive and responsible owner. The house it self is quite big. Can park 3 car inside the gate. Good condition of furniture. Can cook inside the house which is very convenience during hari raya. Got no issue with the water. All the time water is good and no murky water except for the outside pipe.
