The hotel din get the booking. When I was there they are unable to track my booking. I booked for 3 single beds room but was given 2 beds room as they claimed that due to lagging in getting the booking from booking.com. The room I booked was taken by others. Very disappointed to both the booking.com system and the hotel management.
