Wonderful setting in the forest of tall pines, very nicely appointed room with parking outside but not motel style. Quiet spot but quite close to a commercial center with gas station, supermarket etc.

What an incredible stay. The team here were so kind and welcoming, the setting was breathtaking, and our cabin was even more beautiful than we expected. Every detail felt special. We enjoyed every second and truly didn’t want to leave. We’ll be dreaming about coming back.

We had a very pleasant stay, peaceful and immersed in nature. We truly enjoyed our time in Kernville, a charming small town in a beautiful setting.

Lovely owner that treated my partner so heartly on his birthday! It was heartwarming, as well as the little indoor fireplace. It kept the room warm on cold nights. I also loved the strong feeling of community in Kernville. It felt idyllic and so wholesome.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The team was incredibly kind and even helped us cancel one night through Booking — something we truly appreciated. The welcome was warm, always with a smile and genuine hospitality. The place is beautiful, very clean, with a lovely view. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the beds are extremely comfortable — perfect for a good rest. We highly recommend this place and would happily come back!

Nice and clean, quiet. Easy access even that we me met the personal, as we arrived late and left early.

Great quiet room with terrace with a view of the river. Very friendly ladies at reception. Very comfortable bed. Walking distance to town and restaurants.

Lovely little location, walking distance to local amenities, including a lovely brewery! The staff were great communicators!!! The fire place in the room was a lovely little extra!

Amazing accommodation, beautiful view of the mountains, so many equipement for a perfect stay ! Warm place. The host was really nice and here if we need anythings. I really recommended the place ! A perfect place to stay, we want to stay here forever

“Whispering Pines”

Such a beautiful little place! It's a shame we only booked one night as a little stopover on our honeymoon. We'd have loved to explore more!

Overall we had a very nice stay, the place is very cozy in a good location if you need to go from Sequoia to Death Valley. Nice staff.

The place was much nicer than we had expected. The staff had also left us a bottle to celebrate our honeymoon which was gratefully received. We also had an issue with the balcony doors, out of hours, and it was absolutely no trouble for them to come and fix the issue and resolve immediately. We would definitely stay here again
