“Stunning stay in the middle of Kern valley!”
Wow, what a view! Everything was so lovely and clean. The river flows straight ahead of our tent, perfect!

We were unable to reach the property. The phone number provided never answered, and our messages were completely ignored. Only on the next day, when our check-out was supposed to happen, we finally got a reply — which is simply ridiculous. Communication was awful, no help was offered, and we didn’t receive any refund.

It has been basically a scam!!! I've booked it and when got there there was nobody!!! Not a single person to ask and check in. I did have the code and the tend number but the controversial was the tend was not ready. Tried to ring the numbers provided NO ANSWER . Send 100s messages via Booking . NO ANSWER. PAID 78 dollar and got Scammed with no refund .

“Okay place for glamping, but don't depend on staff to give you any information.”
I liked that the river was right there and you could hear it all night. I also liked that you could see the stars at night. The bedding was nice.

“Do not book this place”
Do not book here!!! At our arrival, around 10PM, we have been informed that one of our rooms was not available and that our booking referred to the previous night. We had received many emails and also the codes to check in autonomously in the tents! We have then shown our booking confirmation and the ladies at the check in (2 members+camp host) told us that someone else did check in using my name. I had to show my ID and payment confirmation - that they should have been received already through booking - and only after more than 30 mins we were able to get in the rooms, luckily there were 2 still available. The host was really unpleasant, arrogant and irritating. I have never seen anything like that in my life. Be careful the structure does appear if you have flagged the option private bathroom but there is not.
