The best location you can have in Kernavé. Lovely environment with sculpture garden and terrrace, very good meals for a reasonable price and a caring landlady on the top:-)

“Amazing art everywhere”

If you want a cooky old village house experience I'd recommend coming here. The decor is simply amazing, the local artist is a gem, it was like staying in a museum. The place should be visited even just to look at his creations.

Really welcoming hosts. Unique place created with love. Interesting sculptures created from recovered agrarian materials. Natural ethos (real wood everywhere). Very accessible and easy to find from the bus stop. Just a few minutes' walk to everything. There a private shower and loo en-suite. The terrace was lovely. There's a sink, kettle, fridge, etc. for communal use. Everyone was really friendly. There's a cafe too. It was good to chat to the sculptor.

it’s very nice place to stay near our history,near impressive nature.There was very clean and quiet.The most impressive and amazing was gallery and galleries owners.And breakfast was excellent.I recommend this place for my friends

Great place to stay. Huge garden, very green and well kept. Rooms rather small but got everything you need for a good sleep 🙂 very quite surrounding. I felt like if had to hide from everyone this is the place 🙂 beautiful historical site few hundered meters away.

I loved EVERYTHING! It is a wonderful, beautiful, full of arts, magical place, the one you will not forget. It feels like a little Hobbiton, really. Unforgettable ❤️ I forgot - the owners are sooo nice ❤️

“Magical getaway”

This place has a soul. All is decent plus humorous little surprises of art. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting area, was truly cosy to be there and eat while crickets were cirping. Nature sounds and cats purring. The cat represented the hosts with friendliness and cute catlike elegance. Then we went inside and slept very well. Till the roosters started singing contest. One of us had to close the roof window, but other rooms were quiet. I heard nothing, l rested very well. In the morning I came outside to walk barefoot in the garden. The cat greeted me and accompanied me while I got into magical art experience. Little romantic corners with grape vines and ivy, metal sculptures and installations with little quirk. Metal and glass peacock, flying metal angels, sitting man of bronze at the well, humorous metal frog and many other figures, installations and lovely benches, thrones and hard to describe creations. I really liked to walk through the magic of art and surprises accompanied by the cat, listening the sounds of nature, different birds waking up greeting the sun and of course, tireless roosters. I saw a mini plum tree, full of fruits, picked some ripe fruits from the grass. Tasty! Others came outside. One of us shared a grim tale how she peeked out of window at the night and saw the people outside around the house, garden full of strange figures, till her sleepy brain realized that they are not moving, they ain't people... I wish the cat understood the humour.

The staff was friendly. The area is very beautiful, there are interesting metal sculptures everywhere. A very cozy stay overall.
