“Beginning of early May 2026”
The house was sitting just on the outskirts of the village and was great, easy to walks or cycle around the area. Also very quiet place which was great.

If we could give an 11, we would! Location is great - at the edge of the village with beautiful bee eaters flying above. The room was well equipped plus there was also a laundry room with washing machines and bikes available to ride out to the lake. Highly recommended.

Everything. Owners on site and exceptionally helpful. Welcome basket was a real bonus. Local restaurant’s were good value for money. Secure parking. Ideal location for visiting Lake Kerkini and surrounding district.

We felt at home. A quiet and peaceful place, with immediate access to restaurants and a shop. Everything was clean and very well maintained. We are a family with two children – all of us felt wonderful. We also made use of the free bicycles they provide to get around. Thank you for the hospitality!

We can’t describe how happy we were with our stay! A huge thanks to Adonis, who is the best host ever – so friendly, easy to communicate with, and always ready to help with great advice. The house is perfectly located in a quiet area, yet so close to shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was so cute and well-equipped. The welcome basket with sweet treats was such a thoughtful touch and made a great impression! We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

“Incredible value for money - can’t wait to visit again!”
The apartment is quite big and was very comfortable for us as a couple. Impeccably clean, had two types of coffee available, shampoo and shower gel, fresh high-quality towels, mosquito nets, and a super comfortable mattress. Information about shops and restaurants in the area is sent in advance. The hosts also left us some cookies as a gift, not to mention the wonderful magazines and leaflets for birdwatching in the area. Extremely caring owner who is also very knowledgeable about the area and gave us all the tips we asked for. I’m sure I’m forgetting something as the whole experience (even for just one weekend) was perfect. Thank you for you hospitality!

“A perfect and peaceful stay”
We had a wonderful stay at Kerkini Houses. Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. The house was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a great shower, a lovely dining and living area with sofa beds, and a very cosy bedroom. Kerkini Houses is a peaceful little community of five houses with private parking, which made us feel very safe and relaxed. Having access to a laundry washing machine and tumble dryer was also very convenient. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly kind and friendly. He was already so welcoming in his messages before our arrival, which made us feel at ease right away. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place and exploring the stunning surroundings. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more calm days here. Staying here truly felt like time slowed down and all the chaos of everyday life disappeared. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Very cosy and elegant place of several small but well thought of houses. Finished with attention to details. The moment you step in you feel at home. The host is very helpful and has thought of giving us tips for everything we needed - from dining places to birding spots. Will definitely come back for a longer stay.

If you love nature and photography, book this place immediately! The location is unbeatable – literally on the lakeside, perfect for early morning bird photography. The house itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated, super comfy bed and a bathroom that’s cleaner than most hotels. Fast internet, Netflix on TV, very nice and hotthanks to hearers everything you need after a day outside. Our host was wonderful: warm, helpful and full of local knowledge. Best value for money in Kerkini.

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The area is calm and beautiful and we were able to visit it using our hosts' bikes. Excellent service!
