Very friendly people. We loved it and going back again for sure.

The room and bathroom were very clean and warm. No complaint whatsoever about these aspects.

The area is under construction full of abandoned things. It smells horrible from animals and stables. Big problems with hot and cold water, electricity can shut down at any time. If you take a shower you risk being left with soap on you. It seems that the problem is known, common and the authorities are blamed

Excellent location, our room was so beautiful right next to the horses. Everyone was very kind and accommodating - we loved the fireplace in our room. We’ll be back!

Everything was great, the horse tour was a special experience for us! The area is also very beautiful.

My colleagues and I spent a week at the property shooting a film. The host was lovely and helped us with absolutely everything. It's been a while since I've met such kind and generous people. I would absolutely come back, this time for a proper holiday.

“Excellent location, good faciltites but not perfect”

Excellent rural location with easy access to Lake Kerkini. The host, Theodoros, was able to set us up with a guided bird tour on the lake and to sign us to a very good restaurant (in the family!). The inside of the room was fine and clean and there was a seating area in front. The room had cooking facilities though the hob seemed to warm very slowly. The breakfast was good

Great place outside the town - very tranquil and good for relaxing. Hosts offer some activities like horseback riding, boat on the lake, archery. The studio is nice, has beds for up to 5-6 people on two levels. The downside is that everything is in a single space.

Location was perfect for us as had a walk nearby for our dog. Host was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, had a good shower. Property set in lovely grounds with secure parking.

Excelent location, amazing staff. They even took us on a 1 hour boat trip onto Kerkini Lake.

The location is very rustic, clean and nice people. We had breakfast ( supplemental pay, 8 eur adult, 5 child) which was normal, not good not bad. You can ride the horses within the farm.

A wonderful place, extremely kind personal and curious things to do as bird watching boat trip in the lake, horse riding or going in the authentic mountain village nearby.

“Ranch vibes by the lake”

If you’ve ever imagined staying on a ranch with horses, by a lake and surrounded by mountains – this is it! The place is beautiful, with lots to do: horse riding, archery, boat rides on the lake, and more. Super easy to get around too – most spots around the lake are just 20–25 minutes away. The air-conditioning worked great, and the bathroom was way better than we expected. Overall, an awesome place to relax and enjoy nature.

Excellent location, plenty of walking and cycling routes. Great breakfast! For lunch and dinner you can cook or go exploring nearby villages.
