Very conveniently situated a short 2 minute walk from the beach and tavernas. The property is very clean and Dimitris is very helpful, and even booked our taxi for the ride back to the airport. Lovely peaceful location and we would thoroughly recommend Villa Phoenix. We will definitely be back!

If you prefer a calm and silent area you can stay there. The garden is perfectly maintained, the studio is cozy and comfortable and contains everything one can need. There is a closely situated parking lot. And most important – the host, Dimitris is really helpful. Thank you, Dimitris, for your hospitality!

The Owners are extremely friendly and are willing to help. The House is clean and the garden is amazing.

“Excellent accommodation at a reasonable price”

The whole of Villa Phoenix is very nice with a beautiful well maintained garden and palm trees. I have attached a photo of what can be seen from our terrace. The owners take perfect care of the accommodation and the guests and nothing is a problem. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are smaller, but sufficient. The location is great, a short walk to the sea, where there is a port, taverns and shops and a nice beach nearby.

Everything was great! Owners are very helpful and wonderful! Very green area and just a couple minutes from the sea!

Our stay at Vila was great. The hosts were very kid and helpful. Location perfect, everything you need in 5 min walking distance, great beach close by.

I liked everything during my stay. Kari is a small village, calm and good place to spend vacation for people who likes see, nature and non-crowdy place. Good sandy beach just 3 min walking distance from the apartment, several tavernas with local cuisine, boat rental, diving center, supermarket - everything very close to each other and to the apartment. There is parking place as well. Apartment was very clean, small kitchen has everything you need to make a breakfast. We spent great days there. Many thanks to the host!

Incredible villa and friendly hosts. A clean room with air conditioning, many places to relax, a green lawn and the lot of plants. There are several beaches within walking distance, as well as a jetty from where you can go to the caves, turtle beach and an island nearby.

Calm and relaxing place, very close to the beach and restaurants. I had a lovely stay here. Was going to stay 3 nights but ended up with 11. Two lovely owners who take good care of you and the facilities. Thank you!

I like the location

The hospitality and warmth of Dimitros and his wife- the owner of the Villa - toped our holiday on Zakynthos. They are also very helpful and can tell you a lot. Also the garden of the villa is a little paradise and Keri the best spot to stay-live on this island. So thank you very much, Dimitros!!

It is an excellent location. The yard is awesome. The room is very clean. Is very close to the beach. There are a couple of tavernas right to the beach. Everithing is wonderful. And most of all, the hosts Dimitris and Eleni are very kind, respectful nice and lovely people..wonderful people..We will miss them !! It was such a pleasure to stay at your villa Dimitris.
