“PERFECT stay”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nikos Studios for one week and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness. The room was cleaned every single day and everything was kept spotless throughout our entire stay. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—no surprises, just as beautiful and welcoming as advertised. It truly felt like a home away from home. The studio is equipped with everything you might need, and we felt comfortable from the very first day. Whenever we needed anything, Georgia was always there to help immediately. Georgia was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She remembered that it was my birthday and surprised me with a gift, which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special. She genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience and was attentive to every detail. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, while still being very close to Keri Beach and other beautiful places to explore. There are also supermarkets, local shops, and excellent tavernas within walking distance, making everything very convenient without having to use the car all the time. This was our third time visiting Zakynthos, and we can confidently say that when we return, we will stay here again without hesitation. A special bonus was Rosie, the lovely labrador who greeted us every time we parked the car. She reminded us so much of our own dogs back home, and we are already going to miss her. In conclusion, we recommend Nikos Studios with all our hearts. The exceptional cleanliness, the comfortable accommodation, the peaceful location, and above all, Georgia’s kindness made this one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had. If it were possible, we would give it 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you, Georgia, for making our holiday so memorable. We hope to see you and Rosie again very soon! ❤️🐾🏖️

Nikos and his lovely wife, Georgia, ensured we could check in and out flexibly due to our irregular flight times. They were very responsive and helpful with all our needs. There's also a cute pup roaming around!

“Quiet place to rest.”

I booked this apartment for my parents’ 70th birthday. The host left a basket with fruit and wine to welcome them. I think it was a really nice touch.

A lovely, peaceful stay at Nikos Studios. The rooms are comfortable, and the hostess was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Perfect base for exploring Keri and relaxing in a calm setting.

The stay was amazing, very clean room, very nice host, you can see that host really care about guest, very helpfull, we have nothing to complain about, for sure we will come back.

- the bed is comfortable, you get a restful sleep and the area is quiet, but perfect for exploring the island - we stayed on the ground floor and had a very large terrace - very clean - lots of parking spaces next door, right in the shade - they have a very cute dog

“Clean, comfortable, stylish, everything impeccable”

I absolutely loved staying here in the Luxury Suite, it was everything I want from a homestay-style accommodation - fully working, modern, equipped kitchen; bright and clean bathroom; comfortable bed; working air conditioning. The decor is incredibly tasteful. I loved making breakfast in the kitchen and eating on the terrace. You have a spectacular view of the surrounding area from the window + and it's only a 5 minute drive from the water. The hosts were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Zante!

Everything was wonderful. The hosts were very kind. It is very close to a great beach. There are many shops, taverns and bakeries nearby. We will visit this paradise again.

The owner was very friendly and lovely! She was always there to help us if we needed anything! The rooms were all perfectly cleaned and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would have at your own home! - exceptional cleanliness, done everyday - friendly hosts - great location - around 5-10 minutes on foot to get to the beach and the main area - quiet and beautiful location - great terrace at the accomodation - great price for the accomodation - very communicative hosts - they gave me a lot of nice suggestions of restaurants, supermarkets, cruises, nearby attractions etc - quick responses from the hosts if you have any questions

The host was very friendly, she took good care of us while we were there, gave us a few good tips. The location is very good, close to the beach and restaurants. The amenities were basic, but everything was very clean and in good working condition.

Great little one bedroom studio apartment. Awesome location. Loved the kitchenette which is unusual in a place like this. The value was excellent. I hope to return one day.

We only wanted a room for a couple of nights & for that it was perfect. It was clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. Aircon & room tax were included in the price - so that was an extra bonus!
