The charming Kookis Village offers newly built villas with private or shared pool. Keri Beach is just 250 metres away. Free Wi-Fi and airport transfer on extra charge are offered. The two-storey villas have an open-plan living and kitchen area. Modern amenities include a hi-fi system and satellite TV. Guests are greeted with a welcome pack including beach towels and slippers. “We will definitely be back !!”
Wow what a find !! Genuinely we loved everything about this place. Great location a short stroll from the beach & restaurants yet quiet and peaceful too. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning on the Terrace of the adjoining reception. Private pools & v comfortable houses with our pool area only recently renovated. Travelled with 3 older teens/young adults & they loved it too. The staff here r amazing & villa cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied. Everyone so friendly & nice with Antonios & Team always on hand if you need them!

“Cozy vibes with a fantastic staff”
This was our first trip with our 1,5 year old baby to a sea. Everything was great! The owner is very friendly and helpful, the staff was also proactive and naturally charming. Our house and the pool was perfect for our needs, inside it is quiet and comfortable. If you ever choose this place to stay I would also recommend the breakfast!

The location is great, close to the sea and food places. The pool next to the villa is great to keep kids busy when not at the sea. The sea was amazing, clear, warm, shallow with not steep drops, which is safer for the kids.

“Comfortable accommodation in a lovely location”
The layout of the accommodation. Perfect for 2 couples as there was one bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the other bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The accommodation was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice.

We had an amazing stay at Kookis village. Lovely house and swimming pool. The breakfast was very fresh and with allot of variation. Everything was very clean and the host is super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
