“Apartment for a beach holiday”
A very spacious apartment for 4 adults and a kid. The two balconies surprised us in a pleasant way. If we had more time we would have stayed longer.

“Very suitable place with everithing that one family needs”
Very confortable place. The rooms and especially the bathroom was not so large but there were everiting which one 2 children family needs. Even washing machine. There were also two large balcons, one of them with BBQ and tick awning for shadow. In addition, they clean and tidy the room every day. I was very amazed. I rare give 10 points to any place, but here was really nothing negative.

The kitchen was very clean and had all utilities for preparing a meal. The apartment was big enough for families with three children like ours. There was an electrical diffuser against mosquitos, so we haven’t used ours.

Everything was perfect. Very nice and big appartment with big terrace, comfortable beds, pillows and sofa. We have a very pleasant stay. There are everything you may need for a long stay. Highly recomended. We will visit again with sure.

“Washing Machine and no smell of Mildew!”
1) No mildew smell! Most Keramoti hotel rooms and rentals have such a smell. But not here. It's just fresh and clean here. 2) The washing machine! It's crucial but 99% of beachside rentals don't have a washing machine. The managers of other places will say their market doesn't require washing machines. But that's not true. People will have to wash their bathing suits at least. At least hotels should provide a drying rack for clothes they have to wash in the sink. But this apartment has a great washer and drying rack on the back terrace (there's a front terrace as well). 3) The pricing was more reasonable here than in most places where they might charge €70 for a mildewy room with no washer!

The time spendet in the Sinanis Family Apartments was very pleasant. The hosts were kind and the accomodation was top. I'd like to visit the place again. 🙂

“Good value for money”
Very good value for money. Good location, just few minutes away from the port. Amazing view from the upper floor with a big terrase.

The location of the apartment is perfect- near the center, and not far from the beach. The cleaning is at highest level. There isn't any problem with parking spot of the car-there are pleanty. The hosts were very smily and positive persons, react fast at any of my questions. Everything is available, according to the description. The sofa is very comfy for sleeping.
