“Great budget location”
Great space the owners is a great cook the food is cheap and tasty. It was 30 minutes walk from the main beach but you could walk around the coast road which is great for or. Visit to get fit.

“Food bonanza”
Restaurant was great with really good food. All the staff speak English and are friendly and helpful. Motorbikes for hire are in great condition. A small shop on site for smokes etc was great.

“Perfect all around”
Based on my trip, KEP (and the Guesthouse) has some of the best food in Cambodia hands down. Nice restaurant with a reasonably sized menu and very good portions. Staff are helpful and the properties have everything you'd need (hot water and the lot). Bicycles are free, and motorbikes are good. Can't complain

“Great value, friendly staff, good for those on a budget!”
The room was a decent size for the price, the staff were friendly and happy to go out of their way to help, there was a machine for free cold and hot water for those on a budget - it all helps! The location was around a 30 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the crab market. There were a couple of shops nearby to buy the basics. The food was nice, the portions were generous.

“Great relaxing stay”
Staff were professional and smiling. Petite pretty girl serving in reception was happy and ready every time to please ❣️ Everything was how it was offered. Aircon,hot water,towel and toiletries. Clean foam bed with luxury furnishings. Hot water & drinking water dispenser for free. Also microwave in reception. Allowed me to use visa/master/debit card and run a tab. Meals and drinks for two people for 3 days was less than $40❤️ Food tasty and fresh. Security is high with dogs on patrol ,2 night Watchman and locked gates at 10pm. Feels a safe area. Plenty of tuk tuks on main road for getting about. 5 mins to crab market if your driver floors it🙃
