“Fantastic choice”

Although the property is quite large, it feels intimate. It is a quiet and peaceful place. There were families with children as well as people without children. Everything was well provided for; there was no unmet need. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Cambodia. The pool and the surrounding areas were very well maintained. There were no insects in the room. The rooms were very clean. The staff were ready with solutions to any problem. There is a sauna and a steam bath. I used family room - 2 kids and 2 adults.

“Poorly located hotel with excellent staff.”

The hotel is relatively new with good facilities and excellent staff. The problem is it is in the middle of nowhere. Also very little for you to do in Kep.

Hotel had perfect facilities and good staff. Swimming pool was a good size. Breakfast was delicious-set menu (should probably ask if we wanted all items,bread went to waste twice)

“Great Hotel for Family Trip”

It's a new hotel, fully operated in Jan 2022 so the room felt fresh and clean. We got room 405 (family room). The pillows and couch were comfortable. The fridge was cool. The pool water was refreshing and the staffs were friendly and spoke English quite well. The breakfast was not too bad but could be better. The variety was quite nice. My tod loved the playground!

“Nice new resort at Kep”

Nice clean, newly built hotel, mountain views were nice, polite staff willing to help you out, early check-in was no issues, although they were very quiet that day. Pool area is clean, great breakfast. Hotel can book bus tickets and provide local advice! Room was great, spacious. They offer easy scooter rental which is a must if you don’t have transport as hotel isn’t in easy walkable distance to anywhere, few dollars more than elsewhere but you don’t have to leave passport with anyone and its extremely convenient, wouldn’t recommend riding in Cambodia for a beginner though.

“Easy and comfortable place for families to stay”

Large spacious and immaculate family room and shower room/walk through closet. Lovely space for kids - playground, grass to run on, huge pool (although it was very cold). Decent breakfast buffet, lots of Asian options but also the usual: fruit, cereal, toast, eggs etc. staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel provided set breakfast during low occupancy period - set menu was good, different combinations of western & khmer options. On high occupancy period, there was buffet breakfast, with eggs & noodle station. Overall, it was good.

“Excellent stay in Kep near the National Park.”

We had a great stay at Vakara Hotel in Kep, the staff provided an excellent service with a warm hospitality. Congratulations to the management of the hotel. The reception offered us a room upgrade, all the hotel facilities were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, the food and cocktails were excellent. Gym equipment was new and of good quality, there were saunas et steam rooms for both men and women. The swimming pool was very big too ! All the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and very caring, they made our stay even better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was amazing, didn't eat or need lunch the whole time I was there. I stayed in a Pool/ Mountain view room. Great view from the balcony. The gym was great and being a new hotel the equipment was all in new condition. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but that seems to be the norm in Cambodia. The hotel is about 1km from main road but Kep is so spread out you really need transport to get around anyway. I hired a scooter through the hotel for $8 a day with no hassles. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful.
