“Recommended, Spacious, clean, comfortable & tranquil location”

Room and bathroom are spacious & clean. Very comfortable accommodation with nice covered terrace for all seasons. Environment is quiet & green, a real tranquil escape but just 5mins on the scooter from beach and atmospheric market town with much diversity. National Park is even closer. Kampot is a bigger town and only 20mins on the scooter. Graziano is a great guy with a very sweet family, and a fluent English speaker which helps get an insight in to Cambodian life. Thanks for a great stay.

“A really lovely welcoming home.”

The family are so lovely. We were playing Rummikub with the 5 & 10 year old girls there. Marina (10) speaks incredible English and Pina (5) acts as if she doesn't speak English but then comes out with lots of phrases! The food was good and Dodo the pug is very affectionate.

Friendly approach.

The homestay is run by an incredibly friendly family who make you feel at home right away. The area in and around the homestay is beautiful and peaceful.

“Great stay at Pina House”

Great stay in Kep. Beautiful small bungalow Hotel and super friendly hosts who are happy to help with everything. The hotel is located just outside Kep, which wasn't a problem for me as you need a scooter in Kep anyway. I rented the scooter at Pina for a good price.

“Very good value for an excellent stay !”

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious room with fantastic air conditioning—there's even a fan! I loved being able to catch up on BBC News on the TV and the internet was super reliable. It was great to have a fridge in the room, and I really enjoyed the delicious pasta and pizza they served for dinner. Plus, it’s just a short stroll to the beautiful Kep seafront! The staff were incredibly friendly and their English was excellent. Overall, a delightful experience!

Excellent place for peaceful Stay. Wildlife in this area, If you just want to Chill out in the shade from the Hot Sun . Its very beautiful and cool, on the porch with in the Bungalow area

“Friendly and welcoming place to stay”

Very helpful and welcoming family. The kids were so sweet and always helping . It's a bit out from Kep , but it's nice to get away from the crowds. The walk to the crab market wasn't far. The 1st bit is along the main road, but it was never very busy. We always got a tuk tuk back in the evening, it wasn't expensive.

The place is ran by a very friendly and welcoming family. They were very helpful and just really nice to talk to. It is a quiet place to relax and enjoy yourself. The bungalows are nice and clean as well.

“Remote place to chill, great value with great people”

Beautiful place to stay; remote, quiet, clean, and the most genuine and kind people to be taking care by!

We were staying one week with a three year old child. It was perfect because he could run and play with the children of the host. Very helpful host with tips, information and help organizing trips around the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse, run by a lovely family who truly made us feel at home. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they went out of their way to arrange delicious vegetarian meals for us, which I greatly appreciated. The location is peaceful, providing a perfect retreat, and the overall experience offers great value for money. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

Comfortable bed, outside sitting area, fridge

A guest house a little away from town, but within walking distance or tuktuk for 2 or 3$. Pina house is run by a wonderful couple with 2 lovely children. The rooms are very clean and equipped with good working air-conditioning. We'll surely be back!

“Disgusting owner”

disgusting hotel owner. we stayed for 1 day and wanted to stay for another 10 days. We only wanted to change the room to another one. the owner came out, I started talking to him politely, but he simply ignored me several times. he wanted to talk to my husband, but refused to talk to me. he snorted disdainfully at me and turned away. I started talking to him again, but he simply ignored me. behaved arrogantly and dismissively. I think that's why there were no other guests in this hotel. all the staff EXCEPT THE DISGUSTING OWNER consisted of local people, they are wonderful, kind and sympathetic, thank you very much to Cambodia for wonderful people, God bless you. The owner is french. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel, because the owner is sexist and nationalist.
