Situated along the South-eastern coastline of Cambodia, Knai Bang Chatt Resort boasts an outdoor infinity pool, a private area with views of the sea, and offers exquisite accommodation surrounded by nature’s tranquility. It operates a 24-hour front desk and provides free WiFi access in the entire property. The resort is just a 5-minute walk from the famous Crab Market, and within 2 km from the Public Bus Station of Kep City. Phnom Penh International Airport is approximately 150 km away. Featuring a large terrace with breathtaking views of the garden or sea, air-conditioned rooms are furnished with a personal safe, a mosquito net and seating area. We loved our stay at Knai Bang Chatt, a beautifully restored group of colorful colonial houses. Everything was impeccable: the beautifully decorated rooms with sustainable paint and products, the very nice pool and spa, and the lovely restaurant area with the long wooden table we enjoyed,, safe for kids to run around in the grass around. Every meal was excellent and products were carefully chosen. Breakfast was perfect: good coffee, fresh juices, daily baked bread, many fruits, yogurts and different dishes to choose from. But most of all, we were touched by the kindness of everyone at the hotel and particularly MP who made our stay unique. We felt quite safe and at home in this wonderful hotel we highly recommended. For longer stays: many options like daily yoga, water sports and excursions to enjoy the area.

“A special place!”
Everything! What an amazing place - we have travelled throughout Cambodia and this was our favourite. The resort is really unique, simple but the highest level of attention to detail and service. The team, Mondul, Lana and M Pai were such beautiful people! Who will leave a lasting memory in our hearts. We enjoyed the retreat with Lana and the spa treatment and the food was excellent ! Kep was lovely and we hope to return.

Wonderful landscape, I like the green garden with a peaceful environment around the swimming pool. the room is classic set up with sustainable concept, there is no TV in the room so all the guest could spend more time enjoy the quietness of mind. the food was amazing by a Khmer Chef. easy access to the beach front restaurant and Crab market. love it.

I spend a wonderful night at Knai Bang Chatt, the room was very comfortable, the staff is amazing and helpful. The food at the Strand restaurant and the beach front restaurant called the Wave as absolutely good. the Watersport was the right time from October.

We felt totally deceived about the location The website photos implied a beach location in front of the hotel The beach was 300 yards away as land had been reclaimed and not right in front of the hotel as represented on the images The beach was a marrow miserably littered strip of sand without access to deckchairs mot that there would have been adequate space to sit A modern huge cafe bar had been erected with a concrete deck large access road and car park
