This was my last and favourite accommodation during my 2 month visit at 12 locations. I had the end room with nice views on 3 sides and a private balcony. The staff were friendly and made my stay homely

We were given an upstairs room as it was a public holiday so would have been noisy downstairs - there is a lovely view from the shared terrace. They do a selection of food dishes on request. The room has bug screens. It's an excellent location you can walk to the national park, the beach and the crab market.

“Small guesthouse and much comfortable stay”

Property very clean and comfortable. The room we had was spacious and actually had 2 double beds. Very good location to explore the national park and then go for some food at the many restaurants along the seafront. Also highly recommend the crab market. I saw reviews about the dated bathrooms. Ours was quite large, but indeed the sink was a bit small, but a minor point as overall the room was nice.

Great, peaceful location when you have a car. Near to the beach. Hosts are welcoming. We enjoyed staying at the windy balcony on the third floor with the view of mountains and sea. Bathroom is spacious.

The room was of good size with tea/coffee making facilities, hairbrush, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and an aircon. The staff was nice abd helpful, the place was quiet.

The owners are very friendly. The room is confortable and has everything we needed (private shower & air conditioner). There is a terrace where you can see the sunset! The owners have also a small shop where you can buy things.

“Terrible”

Honestly I have nothing good to say about this hotel. There is construction going on so it’s loud. When I checked in the room was still dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned but they didn’t clean it properly. After the ‘cleaning’ the bathroom was still disgusting, it looked like the walls and mirror hadn’t been cleaned for years, the walls are covered in limescale and many dirty marks. The bathroom sink was also leaking and so was the toilet. I moved rooms because of this and the next room i was given had the most uncomfortable hardest mattress. The electricity often cuts out in & out frequently, so during the night expect the air conditioning to turn off all the time. In all rooms you can hear this extremely loud electrical humming sound from the water pipe which makes it so hard to get a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi also turns on & off because of the electricity problems so it’s not really suitable for remote working. The couple that run it are not very accommodating. They insulted me when I complained about the poor facilities and were very rude. Do not expect normal hotel quality or cleanliness, you won’t get that here. Another thing to note is the property has four very steep staircases and no lift, so it’s not suitable for children or those with mobility problems. This is fine for me as I am young, but it was annoying having to go up and down many times to ask for something and having to carry my luggage down four long flights of stairs when checking out. The price is not god value for what you get in Cambodia. Also the property states that it is ‘beach front’. This is not true, the beach is very far away from the hotel, expect a 20-25 min walk to the nearest beach.
