Placed in the heart of the city, just 50 metres from the local Kep Market, Kep Guesthouse features clean and comfortable guestrooms equipped with a commun balcony. This affordable guesthouse is located just 100 metres from the seaside and just a few steps from holy attractions including Wat Samathi Temple and the caves of Phnom Salei. Enjoying sweeping views of the sea or mountains, rooms at Kep Guesthouse are cooled with either a fan of air conditioning. A little bit out of town which meant it was super peaceful. There are some restaurants and shops nearby too. The room was very comfortable.

The location was great for me, close to the pier from where you can go to the rabbit island or Sihanoukville. You can rent a bike for 3$, the scooter for 7$. The owners were nice, welcoming people. Ok, the room's atmosphere, decoration may not satisfy you but who cares. It was simple but quite clean and offered an amazing sea view.
