The owner was very friendly, and the location was perfect. The air-conditioned room was immaculate, equipped with a fridge and a kettle. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The balcony, overlooking the garden, provided a serene atmosphere. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable stay. We will definitely return.

Psst, this is THE place to stay in Kep. Steve and his wonderful team are fantastic — so attentive, kind and great to chat to. Our eggs in the morning were always just what we needed. The property’s right by Kep National Park and a stone’s throw from the top local crab restaurants, so it couldn’t be more ideal in terms of location. And as for peace and comfort, you’re guaranteed it in the calming bungalows. Just brilliant.

“Good Place Good People”

The bungalow was spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bedding. The rooms are cleaned daily by the polite and friendly cleaning staff. The mattress on the bed is some kind of memory foam so very soft and comfortable compared to many of the hard mattresses you tend to find in SE Asia. The bathroom has a hot shower with good water pressure. The room has a large bed, good aircon, large fan, refrigerator, kettle with some complimentary tea and coffee, a table and two chairs as well as a clothes rack with lots of hangers to hang your clothes up. There's another table where you can put items and store your bags underneath. Two bottles of water are provided everyday for free. The room also has decent WiFi. There's a good sized terrace area at the front of the bunglaow with a table and two chairs where you can chill out and enjoy the beautiful trees and plants in the tropical garden. The location is just a few minutes walk away from the crab market and various restaurants.There's also a small shop for essentials and an atm within easy walking distance. The owners are lovely friendly people and are very helpful. They can arrange tuk tuks, and tours etc and will also help you hire a scooter or even loan you a free bicycle so you can explore the coast. They serve a good breakfas, as well as various beverages including beer and coffee, for a very reasonable price. I noticed some reviews criticising the fact that the disabled and rescued cats at the property are kept in cages. This is really unfair to the owners. The cats are kept in large cages where they have space to move around and are regularly taken out to play and get some exercise indoors. The blind cat even gets walked on a leash. If these cats were allowed to roam freely outdoors then they probably wouldn't last very long as they dont have the street smarts to deal with the dogs and other animals that could hurt them.

If you are about to go to the kep, I haven't decided which hotel is booked. I believe I don't hesitate, choose this home. My English is not good, but it is still very good here. My parents are very happy here, so that my father has to enjoy the rich green plants and give it an early morning. The room is very clean, the space is not bad, of course it is not a luxury hotel, but any help you need can basically be satisfied. Breakfast is definitely high! Even we return to Beijing, my mother is still why the bread can do so delicate. The location is very good, usually we can reach the crab market for about 5 minutes, and it is easy to reach a variety of restaurants. It only needs one dollar to reach the beach with Tuktuk. At the same time, it is quiet here. Finally, the owner of this hotel helped us to book taxis. In any case, I really recommend this hotel as your foothold in the kep.

Well maintained and spotlessly clean bungalows set in a beautiful garden. Bungalows are cleaned everyday. The wooden bungalows have 2 portable fans and mosquito nets. The bed was extremely comfortable. Wifi was excellent. The hammock on the verandah was a bonus. Great location about 4 minute's walk from the crab market and 15 minutes from the beach and national park. Generous breakfast with good coffee available at a very fair price. The family and staff are very friendly. Lots of good suggestions about how to spend your time and know the area very well. Laundry service, bicycles and bus tickets available.

Everything! From the wonderful owners and staff, all the lovely animals, the help they offered, the breakfasts...everything was great. The bungalow had so much space and the bed was large and comfy with a big mosquito net. I loved the peace and enjoyed reading on my hammock!

“Family holiday”

Very peaceful place to stay in traditional style bungalow, situated within a lush garden environment. Can hear the Howling Monkeys at night, lots of large Leopard Geckos living around the area. Very close to the crab market area.

Good location, can easily walk to the Crab market and other restaurants. Near to the National Park as well. Nice breakfast for $4.50 and the place is chilled and relaxed. Nice Gardens and the people running the place are very relaxed and friendly!
