“I will never stay here again.”
I checked in through a metal screen which the staff had lowered (attaching a pic of my check in experience). I had to yell to see if there was anyone there, and they didn't raise it; we did everything through a one inch gap. The room reeked of smoke; when I got home all of my clothes stank of the room. There were roaches - thankfully small. The bathroom and floors had not been cleaned. Our feet were filthy from walking around for less than an hour. Most people assume there will be a way to get at least a coffee in the morning - there was nothing available in the room or downstairs. People were drag racing right outside both nights; it was very loud. The AC unit ticked constantly, right next to the bed. It was an awful, disgusting, exhausting experience.
