There was always a variety of options at breakfast to cater to different needs. The options were nutritious and flavorful, too. Finally, my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the reception was always courteous and attentive.

The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful, making an effort to find ice for a cooler carrying medication. While it was late she made our check in quick and hassle free. The breakfast was more than sufficient, with a variety of choices. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Even though I use a third-party to book my room, my room was not ready at 3 o’clock as promised I waited three hours to get a room, and there were dirty sheets left in the room in the receptionist could not accommodate me on the seventh floor due to housekeeping, not having proper sheets and bedding available spent several hours in the lobby, waiting on my room to get ready and it still was dirty

The breakfast was good and they had enough for everyone. The indoor pool was great my son had a great time and my family loved the fact that it was indoor.

When we told the receptionist there was something wrong with both rooms, she acted like she could care less. The wrong people are working the front desk. We travel all summer, we know what we are talking about. The lady with the long dark hair was just collecting a check.
