Very roomy rooms. Comfortable beds, decent temperature controls. Continental breakfast was a nice extra that wasn't expected. There were teabags for breakfast! Stayed in a 5 star in the French Quarter and no teabags.

Breakfast was quite limited, especially if you arrived later, then most of the food would be gone.

The service at the place was terrible, the cleaning lady had a face as if we were there for free, you can't work with that bad attitude, then there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty, honestly a unpleasant experience, they still charge for parking and a deposit that they haven't returned to me by the way.

“Staff was helpful, but it could have been a lot cleaner”
When we checked in, they found us a room right away, even though we were quite early. They called a cab and arranged for us to be picked up at a required time to make out flight.

When I booked the room one of the benefits that is attractive for the customer is the shuttle to the airport. However, this service is not available and they don’t remove it from the website. Also I requested to call me for wake me up at the front desk. I never had that call.
