I had a pleasant stay at Relax Hotel Kenitra, and I’d especially like to highlight (Marwa) from the hotel staff. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Her attitude made a noticeable difference to my experience.she was attentive, respectful, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s staff like Marwa who leave a positive impression and make guests feel welcome

I did not, in fact, stay overnight here, since the hotel canceled all reservations "for technical reasons " (no further explanation provided). However, they were kind enough to find alternative accommodation for me in another nearby hotel. I appreciate their assistance.
