“AMAZING 🤩”

We stayed here for 2 weeks, and we liked this place a lot! The rooms are spacious, clean, and actually comfortable for a longer stay. Huge bed with a firm mattress (finally not one of those super soft sinking mattresses), good AC that kept the room cold even during the hottest days, and surprisingly stable Wi-Fi — I even had online meetings from the room without any problems. We had a balcony with a beautiful view and a shared kitchen area between our rooms with a kettle and fridge, which was really convenient since we traveled with friends. The rooftop cafe became one of our favorite spots in Kendwa. We spent so many evenings there watching sunsets with cocktails, and honestly, some of the cocktails there were the best we had in Zanzibar. Breakfasts were very tasty, and the food overall was always fresh and really good too. The staff was genuinely great — warm, attentive people without fake hotel energy. One moment I really appreciated: after dinner, my mom and friend received complimentary shots, and since I could not drink alcohol at that time, the staff made me a really nice non-alcoholic cocktail instead. Another thing that really impressed us: when we had very early morning excursions before breakfast hours, the staff either prepared breakfast earlier or left food for us in the fridge the night before. They absolutely did not have to do that. Oleksii, the owner, was always around and easy to contact. During an unpleasant situation that happened to me during the trip, he personally checked in on me and asked if I needed any help. That level of care genuinely added a feeling of safety. The territory is clean and very well-maintained. Every morning, you could hear the staff cleaning and taking care of the plants and trees. There is security on the territory, so the place felt safe even though we traveled with a lot of expensive equipment. There was also a locked storage cabinet in the room. The beach is around a 5-minute walk away.

We loved our time at Villa Vanilla. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the balcony…I mean it’s something else to see the sunset directly from your room! The food was great - breakfast changed everyday, always served with fresh fruits and juices. The restaurant is also great, the best lobster I had in Zanzibar! Thanks to Alex, Dula and the great staff who took extra care of us, you made us feel very welcomed!

The breakfast was lovely..a huge plate of fresh fruit..tea of coffee, and eggs or another main. I really liked the cosiness of the hotel..I had been staying at a huge hotel right on the beach but it was very busy. This one was right in the middle of town.and quiet.thrre was a short walk to the beach but that was fine..I liked the roof top restaurant with view of the ocean..delicious reasonably priced mains and wonderful.cicktsils.

The view is amazing! The Room was clean, spacious and had a lot of natural light.you're in walking distance of everything and the staff is also very friendly. Especially the guy who handles breakfast. Breakfast is simple but good and it changes every day a bit. I can only recommend this place. Thanks again.

Fabulous location with amazing views and 2 mins to an amazing beach and if you want it access to all inclusive resort facilities The staff were amazing As a solo traveller I immediately relax as they looked after me. The hotel is on top condition The roof top restaurant was a heavenly place to sit
