Unfortunately they charged the stay twice. I believe it was accidentally because of power outage but they never sent the money back even after many conversations and requests

“I would come back.”
Staff, the room, the location. It was a really really nice stay. You had the feeling of being taking care of like you where part of a little family. The staff was so so kind and helpful. Even when you where close to a little breakdown cause of a situationen the staff handled it so well without you felt guilty. They where VERY well spoken in English and the room was just perfect.

“Amazing!”
We had a very good stay. Initially we had booked for 4 days, but then we extended our stay for another 6 days. The first room was okay, but the second one we booked, with a sea view, was fantastic. The staff of the property are incredibly welcoming and kind. The bar and restaurant staff were also fantastic. We miss them! Breakfast was good. The restaurant service was a bit slow (but this is fairly common in Zanzibar), and the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms (it only works very occasionally). These are the only downsides, but er spent very little time in the room anyway. The location is amazing, on Kendwa beach (Nungwi can be reached on foot along the beach and we recommend it because it’s a beautiful excursion). As for the location, the only downside is the distance from the sea shore (which is common to the other nearby resorts/hotels as well). Excellent value for money for the area. Honestly, I would return and recommend it to those who are not looking for luxury or have very high expectations.

Right on the beach, a great place to stay in Kendwa. The team were friendly and helpful. The food was great! The room was basic but that was fine, it was clean and comfortable. Great value stay.

“Lovely stay”
Mocco beach villa is about 1hr30 from the airport and cost apx50$ or if you booked from booking.com is only 35$. The places is amazing with wonderful view and clear water for swimming. The rooms are big with double comfortable bed, refrigerator, a/c, wifi, and a shower with soap. Last but not least the receptionist Restuter is a kind, lovely, much helpful with the beautiful smile, Newman the housekeeper is one of the most crazy and funny person who I’ve ever met.

“Best stay in Zanzibar”
Everything! From the location, to the room and to the amazing staff! Everything was perfect. After a week away, I still dream of being there! The atmosphere, the area, the hospitality, and the vibes exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect! The hotel has a bar and restaurant that are always open until late. If you don't want to go on excursions and tour the island, just stay on the hotel beach and your day will still be memorable; the sea is right in front of the hotel! The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and very patient with me in organizing any type of activity I wanted to do! Thank you, Nasra and Restituta! A special mention also goes to the young Bar Manager Said, who was really friendly throughout my stay, suggesting activities and places to visit. He was my chat buddy during my moments of relaxation since I was traveling alone! He has a wonderful restaurant team, everyone always smiling from dawn when they start their shift until late at night! They all contributed to making the stay truly unique and inspired me to want to return to visit Zanzibar and their hotel again! Asante Sana
