Great small apartment for 1 or 2 people. Property aligns with the photos shown. On site private parking out the back. Stairs and elevator to room. Clear instructions for where to park, code to enter building and apartment. Whilst small all the essentials are in the apartment, thank you for supplying town map, hooks to hang coats etc. Easy walk to train station, Kemi Snow Castle and shops are a 1 minute walk. We loved our stay.

“Cosy apartment close to local amenities and transportation”
Good location from the train and bus station. Comfort adequate place to stay, good size apartment for a sole traveller or a couple. Local K Market nearby to buy milk, bread, fruits etc.

“If I returned to Kemi... I would stay again...”
Communication between the host and myself was excellent... always responded quickly and with helpful information. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was warm and cosy as it was -24°C outside. The kitchen was well equipped. We had big luggage too so the lift to the 3rd floor definitely helped. We were able to use the building's washing machine located in the basement... all we had to do was ask. And... on our day of departure our flight was leaving late in the afternoon and our host graciously offered a late check out and ordered a taxi transfer. The hospitality was exceptional.

“A cost comfortable studio apartment in the centre of Kemi.”
The property was only a short walk from the station. The studio apartment was very cosy and had everything we needed. There are a few supermarkets nearby which meant it was easy to buy groceries for our stay. We met the owner on our way in and she was lovely giving us good information about places to eat on Christmas Day.
