“Best staff and great location”
The staff is one of the kindest I have ever seen. Breakfast was great, the sauna and the pool too. The room was spacious (just not many outlets to charge the phone). The location is also great, 15 min. walk to the train and to the bus stations and not even 10 min. walk to the best sauna + ice dipping. The staff at the restaurant is also great and the food was delicious, specifically the salmon.

The hotel is in the centre of the town. So you can easily walk to many places. The breakfast was ecxellent with different kind of products and flavors. The saunas and swimming pool are good.

“Comfortable stay in Kemi”
A big, comfortable room with a big bathroom. Good breakfast. Extremely helpful and nice reception staff. Scandic standard quality, very welcome in the cold of winter in Kemi.

“I guess this hotel must be lower than 4 stars.☹️”
The quality and variety of food was poor. There was no good heating in the rooms. The bathroom in one room was not clean, there was a lot of dust in the dryer. At the Christmas dinner, they ran out of some of the main food and guests waited at least 20 minutes to bring back more.

Friendly staff and nice service for us and our dog who loves the toy he got. Breakfast was good and would have been perfect if a cappuccino would have been available.
