“We really enjoyed our stay at Sayan Apart, and I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Tekirova.”
We loved the garden, the friendly and polite hosts, the location, and how clean the apartment was. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including dishes, furniture, and appliances. When we arrived, we were treated to fruit and cold drinks. The location is ideal. It’s a 10-minute stroll to the beach, and grocery stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Yet, it’s away from the noise of the main street. I liked that everything in the apartment was clean—the dishes, the bedding, and the bathroom fixtures. There were occasional power outages in the city, but there were candles in the apartment.

The best♥️ I was sad to leave that place and the people. It’s family owned place so I love how they care about everything. The apartment was clean and bright. There are a lot of things that made my stay comfortable (washing machine, fully ready kitchen). Little garden and fresh fruit were special as well. Highly recommended

“Very nice!”
A wonderful stay! A very well equipped kitchen and clean. The AC worked well. It’s about 3 or 4 minutes walk to restaurants and the Main Street and 10 to 15 to the beach. Highly recommend

“Nice house, exellent host but the village is not so nice.”
The hosts were great, they greeted us with a bowl of fruit and brought us free fruit later in the day. They helped us light the fire and barbecue. The house was excellent!
