We booked this hotel for our honeymoon trip. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. We visited many 5 star hotels but this one really beats them all. The staff go above and beyond every day and at every corner and they genuinely look happy which makes the whole experience even better. From the moment we got off from the taxi all the way through our airport journey back to London we felt really well taken care of. The level of detail in this hotel is mind blowing, everything is spotless clean, and variety of food is incredible. If you are a biohacker like me you will appreciate soaked walnuts, avocado, wild fresh fish, lots of amazing meet quality, fresh fruits and vegetables. If you don’t drink alcohol you wont even feel like missing out there are so many options of fresh juices at detox bar, iced coffees and teas. If you indulge in a cocktail or two you will love the branded alcohol selection and any cocktail you can think of. Huge thanks to our assistant who made our stay so special thanks to small touches like prosecco in our room for welcoming us, complimentary a la carte steak restaurant dinner and fast track service at the airport with access to the elite lounge. Even when I needed medicine I didn’t need to go to pharmacy it was all taken care of for me without so much as lifting a finger. Moreover my birthday isn’t even until October but the staff left a small gift for me for my early birthday celebrations which was a really nice touch. The pools are beautiful, and the whole vibe feels very exotic. There are multiple bars for convenience and you can order food and drink to your sun bed without even moving. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and mountains and water is crystal blue. The sea was super warm and clean. There is a lot of entertainment and adult programme so if you don’t like to sleep all day you will have plenty to do. We wish we had more time to try all the different classes or even the gym facilities which looked fantastic.

We spent almost 4 weeks in this hotel and on the last day we didn’t want to leave! Wanted to express my gratitude to the team, they are doing fantastic job! Looking forward to come to this hotel next year!

New and well planned hotel. Well trained and extremely helpful staff. Various restaurants with highest quality food. Sea is naturally protected from waves, which is rare in Antalya. But the best part is their kids club. It is like a kindergarten and the staff is very well organised. It is quite expensive but worth every penny…

I loved the clean and beautiful carefully designed facilities, the location facing the sea and mountains, our suit, and diversity and deliciousness of the food. With a toddler it was also great to have different snack options available throughout the day and mini club was lovely too :)

There was a huge amount to like about NG Phaselis and I could write a mini essay here. Limiting myself to some bullet points: 1. Arrival: we were greeted at the airport and transferred in a lovely luxury MB shuttle with comfortable seats, drinks and snacks. It's sets exactly the right tone for what you will find at the hotel... 2. Check-in: you are allocated an assistant for your stay with whom you can pose any question through the hotel App which turns out to be extremely useful. Check in formalities are done with a glass of champagne and strawberries dipped in chocolate, further setting the scene for what is to come... 3. Room: we were travelling with children (9yrs and 12yrs) and had an interconnecting room which worked brilliantly. The room was very clean, in excellent condition with comfortable beds and strong shower and a mini-bar that was endlessly topped up. 4. Food: Incredible. There are several restaurants some of which are extra cost, but just limiting comments to the main 'buffet' restaurant... Amazing presentation. Amazing variety. Freshly prepared and delicious. Breakfast, lunch and supper. A real highlight of the stay and very difficult to eat sensible quantities! 5. Facilities: Superb. A fabulous spa which we used a lot. Lovely outdoor pool with lots of loungers which even have their own call button for a waiter. Nice beach with pontoons so you can enter the water where it is deep enough to swim - excellent idea. A water park which the kids will love. Little bars and eateries all over the place - you will never want for food or drink. Plentiful towels. 6. Staff: discrete, helpful, friendly. Always someone on hand to help. Everyone was excellent but I would single out our assistant Darina as being brilliant while waiters Ersin and Ali Kadir were outstanding. 7. Cleanliness: the hotel is not just clean, it is obsessively clean. Everywhere. I could go on.
