A very cozy and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s a family-style hotel. The pool is always clean. The two-room apartments are comfortable. We stayed here for the second time and are very satisfied.

“Convenient.”

We had three different rooms at Minta Apart hotel and stayed there for some time. It turned out to be the perfect choice for us. Staff were very very helpful. My mother has limited mobility and they always offered us help with carrying the wheelchair down the front stairs and also with luggage. My parents needed a ground floor room which was provided in the best possible place close to the main entrance. The pool is always nice and clean and well used by hotel guests. Good depth (140cm - 150-cm). All the apartments we used had basic kitchenettes which were very convenient for us. We cooked quite a lot apart from eating in town. Market is close by. One of the best supermarkets in town is 7 minutes walk away. The building is lovely and has cool enough places outdoors to sit outside during midday heat. Balconies are nice and large enough, it’s lovely to sit there in the evening and drink tea. Some have better views than others.

Really nice hotel-apart, the owners are very nice and accommodating. We had an issue upon arrival but it was sorted out very quickly, and in a way that went above and beyond. Generally very quiet and respectful place, good for families. Location is about 10 to 15 minute walk from the main central point, but there is plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, and on the way to the center. There is also a nice private beach area with a cool bar and good music that hotel occupants are allowed to use, around 5 minutes walk away. I also liked that the hotel has a baby pool as well as the main one, this was crucial for us as we have two small children who cannot swim.

Hotel is on a nice location, walking distance to the city center and to the beach, apartman is very nice and comfortable. Has all you need. Hotel has its own parking which was important to me. Staff is great, always there to help you. Big regards to Marina, Metin and Sergen.

“Definitely value-for-money place! We enjoyed our stay.”

We stayed at Minta for a week for our family vacation. Everything was great. It’s definitely value for money! Room is small but ergonomically comfortable. Separate bedroom and kitchen-living room is very convenient layout for the family with the baby. Kitchen is equipped with a small cooker, fridge and necessary cookware. There is a nice balcony. The pool is great and there are no people around, there are a lot of sunbeds. There is also a 40cm pool for kids. AC is in living room only, not in bedroom, but its enough to cool the entire apartment. The staff is very nice and helpful. Marina speaks Russian and is ready to answer any of your questions. You can reach the sea in 5 min but it will be the other hotel beach (no sunbeds are provided there). If you walk about 20 min you will find the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the Minta guests. We did enjoy our stay very much!

The property is very nice and clean, with amazing small garden, the host is very friendly and ready to help for any question or problem. Also the beach for the property is good, with sand and clean sea

Very welcoming and helpful staff, very good soundproof (our room was facing the street). The seaside in front of Veranda beach club where we had free sunbeds from Minta is much better than the seaside in fron of the hotel, totally worth 10 min walk. All is all, great place,

Friendly staff, speaks Russian. Has its own generator, in case of electrical outage everything is still working. The hotel has access to a private beach, and beach towels are also available. The sea was great: clean and calm water.

Very good 3 star hotel with lovely swimming pool and surrounding area. Staff were extremely helpful and available. The room was very good , and serviced regularly . Lots of restaurants within easy Reach.

Nice small hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. We had a room without a balcony but at any time of day you could find a spot on the hotel grounds in the shade to eat, drink or just sit and read.

It is a vert cosy place, small but clean. Stuff is very welcoming and helping on all your needs. Feels like a small family place, close to the city, nice surrounding in the hotel itself- you can sit in the evening outside. Pool is not big but enough, sometimes we were alone there at all- perfect for a family stay. Kitchen is enough for your needs. Very clean and you can also wash clothes there in the evening. Marina and stuff are super friendly. Top feedback from me and all my family members 😀
