“Good, but needs proper cleaning and fresh up.”
Good location, close to the public beach. Stuff was really friendly and helpful. Everything needed for a stay was there. Terrace is the perfect place for breakfasts.

“Nice place for quiet holiday”
We appreciated architecture and design, the exterior and interior was beautiful, comfortable, the place is quiet, with a nice pool. Supermarkets are quite reachable, we liked the location, found a small city beach within 5 min, a paid beach 7 min which is ok. Also there is a quiet and beautiful sand beach behind Kemer marina, free for residents of Kemer Residence. We walked for dinner to nice restaurants, Casa la Luna at Kemer shopping promenade and Qualista near marina, beautiful place to have a meal 🙂 Took a cruise journey on a pirate boat, overall it was a happy and fun holiday, thank you very much, Remzi

“Fantastic and excellent stay at Kemer residence which exceeded our expectations”
Our hosts were very accommodating and reacted very quickly to requests. They kindly agreed a late check out, which was very appreciated as we had a late night flight back and allowed us to shower and change before leaving for airport. Accomodation was excellent, with great air conditioning and kitchen amenities. Pool was great and always clean

The property is very well located, walking distance to the town centre and a stone's throw from the beach. The apartment is spacious and has wonderful balconies, which we were able to enjoy.. having stayed in many properties recently in Turkey. This one is one of the highligtjs. there is an internal staircase to bedrooms to note, in case these are an issue for some.

“Nice big apartment”
Very nice apartment with everything you need for a good stay. Lots of space on two floors. Kitchen had most of the tools you need. Big bathroom with bath and shower. Comfortable bed. Everything as described and shown on photos. No cleaning during your stay, so you have to take care of that yourself. Not so many sunbeds by the pool but you could always find one thats available. Pool clean and perfect for cooling down in hot wheather. Location also very good, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Nightclubs also near, so you can hear music until late night. It didn't bother us but if you are a light-sleeper then maybe earplugs needed:) We enjoyed our stay and I would reccomend.

I had nice room in second floor big balcon. There was peacful and comfortable like my own house . Nice pool . In the evening was ofcouse littlebit music because of clubs what was near .

“Lovely flat near all amenities”
This spacious ground floor flat is lovely: it has high quality appliances and fittings, lots of storage, a big, comfortable bed. huge tv, and very nice interior decoration. Set in a small development near the beach and the town centre, it has a shared garden and a private terrace. There is a large pool (in summertime) right outside the terrace, and shared with only a small number of flats. If you find the nearest beach too crowded or steeply sloping, it's only another 10 minutes walk to beautiful Moonlight Bay beach. Staff and hosts were helpful and friendly. I already recommended it to friends.
