I had a very enjoyable stay in Kara family aparts. Mustafa is the great host, he welcomed me In front of the entrance and was very helpful through all the stay, even let me to check out afternoon, which helped a lot having late flight back home. The room was equipped with all necessary equipment, was clean and had no issues. Wi-fi was of very good quality. I can definitely recommend to stay in Kara Family apartments.

Nice clean apartment with all the kitchen facilities provided. Very close to all amenities and plenty of places to dine within walking distance. Owner is amazingly helpful and always available. He called all our taxis for us whenever required. Lovely views of the mountains. Would definetly recommend!

“Best small apartment hotel in Kemer”

The best apt for us in Kemer as with earlier stays. Big terrace that is our solarium all day long. Situated in central Kemer with only a short walk to stores and restaurants. And Mustafa is helpful with everything including making the best coffee in town.

“Lovely place with a perfect host”

Location is perfect, close to the various beaches (fancy, public, wild beach), close to the various cafes, shops, supermarkets, Wednesday market, but it’s not on the main road so it’s very quiet and comfortable. The room is spacious, equipped with almost all the necessary things for a long time stay. Mustafa is the most caring and helpful, always there for you, answering any needs and questions. He makes amazing coffee and can freely speak English and German. The pool is lovely, perfect for children and to cool during the heat. In overall it’s a nice place for a vacation.

I was definitely enjoyed with my stay at the hotel. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere was exactly what I needed. The inner courtyard is cozy and inviting I thoroughly enjoyed sipping tea and reading a book while my kids had a great time in the pool. The hotel owners also care for the local stray cats, which says a lot about them as people. They’ve even built a small shelter for the cats near the hotel entrance. Occasionally, the cats roam around the courtyard or lounge around peacefully, adding to the charm of the place. I'm incredibly grateful to Mustafa for his warm hospitality and his willingness to help with anything even matters unrelated to the hotel. Wi-Fi: 10/10.

“Great place for a long stay”

A cozy, family-run hotel. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay — all the details are thoughtfully provided: there’s a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes. The space is generous, with high ceilings and a large balcony. The host is always available and responsive. Great location: grocery stores, cafes, and currency exchange offices are nearby. There’s also a weekly clothing market on the same street. It takes no more than 7 minutes to walk to the public beach. The main street with shops and the bus stop are also close by. We stayed here in spring and will come back again in the fall.

We had a good rest in this family apart hotel. Mustafa is a great host and a really nice guy, always there to help. Location is great, no noises at all.

To begin with the apartment is spacious consisting of a normal sized bedroom and a roomy living room with kitchen united. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to prepare a breakfast or a meal. There was a small but pleasant balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Hot water was provided around the clock. What we liked most about the hotel, was its location, which could not be better, literally. It was far from the hustle and bustle of the city but at the same time within walking distance from the main pedestrian street.  The surroundings were full of trees and green. In addition, the beautiful wild beach where we swam everyday was 15-20 minutes on foot. Lastly, the owner of the hotel Mr. Mustafa is a very good professional and easy-going guy, keen on answering our questions and very effective in satisfying our requests. All in all , we do recommend the Kara family apartment to everyone wishing to have relaxing and beautiful holidays in kemer.

The location is excellent, just 5-10 minutes from all essential facilities. Despite being only 5 minutes from the main street, the surroundings are quiet. The owner also makes excellent coffee.

I really liked the location. It was close to the beach, to the center, to grocery stores and restaurants. I also liked the apartment. There was a kitchen with everything we needed, air conditioning, we could use the washing machine.

“This wasn’t just a place to stay, it was a highlight of my trip”

I recently stayed at an apartment for 8 days, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for my vacation. When I first came across this listing, I was drawn by the promise of a great price-to-quality ratio, a safe and quiet place, great reviews about the owner, Mustafa, and the exceptional coffee he makes. I have to say, every word of praise was well-deserved. The apartment was really big and was everything I needed — comfortable, cool (maybe thanks to the building design and perfectly working air conditioner), and located in a great spot. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the main street with shops, cafes, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach: I enjoyed morning swimming at public beach named Halk Plaji 4 at Google Maps with crystal clear water and a long-day staying at Qualista Beach that is located in the Moonlight Park. Mustafa was always available to offer advice on the best shops, beaches, and cafes nearby. He was polite and genuinely interested in ensuring his guests have the best experience possible. And then there was the coffee—a specialty of his that he makes at the coffee shop located precisely at the territory of the apartments named Coffee Extrax. It was, without a doubt, the best coffee I had during my entire trip, and it added a special warmth to my mornings. So you just must try it! The apartment was surrounded by friendly cats that added a charming, cozy feel to the place. In the end, this wasn’t just a place to stay, it was a highlight of my trip. Perfect location for peaceful and long vacation. Recommend.

Mustafa is a very kind a helpful host. It was very nice to spend vacation at his place. The rooms are very big, the kitchen has everything we need. Our kids spend wonderful hours in the swimming pool. We could use washing machine for the baby clothes as much as we needed.

“Best apartment in sentral Kemer”

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Kara and we know what we want and what we get. Not the best equipped and most modern apartment in Kemer, but for us the apartment at the top (Loft) has everything we need such as a private large sun terrace (solarium) with sunbeds, a good view of the city and close to shops and restaurants. And the weather was fantastic during our entire stay. And Mustafa is a nice and helpful host who also makes the best coffee in Kemer.

We will definitely return to Mustafa. A wonderful home-style hotel. The number corresponds to the photo. The location of the hotel is excellent - everything is within walking distance. Mustafa does everything for his guests.
