“Dissapointing and does not meet expectations”

Where to start? Very dissapointing hotel. Food was tasteless, cold and unhygienic. The handling of the food was terrible and flies everywhere. Description of hotel says 4* but is 3* at max. Cleaning staff enters room early in the morning without knocking while we were changing. Sheets were never changed and floors poorly cleaned, toilet isnt cleaned at all durning the stay either. It says free wifi but upon arrival you are greeted with 300MB per room and after that you must pay for more wifi. My towel was stolen at the beach, and the hotel expected me to compensate 15€ for the towel that was taken from their private beach. Pictures are not of the hotel, but of the sister hotel next to it which is misleading. Staff is very rude and not service minded or helpful at all. After checking out we had a few hours before leaving for the airport, and the staff treated us as unwanted and like we shouldnt be there after we no longer are ”paying” to be there. Very dissapointing and not worth the money at all.

Close enough to the beach, great view of the mountains. The pools were clean and there were activities for children

Position : The beach is closer , next to the bus stop The inside of the hotel is very beautiful and an amazing atmosphere Room is cozy and comfortable There are several pools, large Very nice Beach, delicious snack Hotel staff are Friendly The food is so delicious and various dishes , desserts, salad

Position is very good, the background view of the mountains was very nice. The all-inclusive concept of the resort allows you to have food and beverages almost no-stop from 7 in the morning to 1 in the night.

View was beautiful.

Amazing animations, in several languages so everyone can participate. The hotel was immaculate. The mountain views were gorgeous from any point of the hotel.

The food was great, but the view was the best!!

“Nice place for good vacation”

Nice place, good location, big and clean territory, you can find easily what you want : nice and cozy still place or the place with music, people and activity. Great animation team, enough sport events with good trainers. The sea/the beach is bit further than it was written but it is nog big deal to walk there. Nice spa Azalia with friendly personnel en also "friendly" prijs. Lot of people working at the restaurant, bars and territory - they deserve special "thank you", they were doing their best and did a great job.

“Bad hotel, bad staff, bad beach”

The reception is very bad, as he took money from me for a small child, even though I booked two rooms, and each room had three beds, and we were six. I asked him to take the amount by card, but he refused, except for cash. The staff is very bad They hate Arabs, especially an employeeHis name is Ibrahim,He watches me for no reason , as if he is a criminal, telling me to come and go outside And hold my hand tightly , This employee does not belong in a hotel ,The beach is far from the hotel, generally a bad stay

Hardly English spoken staff Nothing to see in the area,all hotels around 7 days heard only Russian speaking people

The hotel is very basic and definitely not worth the £99 for one night.! The hotel is predominately Turkish and Russian and no English at the property at all. I’m not used to drinking tea out of paper cups for Breakfast and the food was very bland..
