Location was my choice, easy to find, coastline near by (beach narrow line, but my friend found her spot). Nice and spacious apartment, clean, kitchen all you need. Friendly staff communicating via WhatsApp. Little gifts on arrival and last day.

Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartments, perfect for the family. The area is safe and calm, but close to all attractions. Koray is a perfect host, very friendly and careful. So we felt like home in his apartments.

Convenient location, it is the center of Kemer. Near supermarkets, cafes. Quiet and comfortable. The nearest playground is a couple of minutes walk. When we checked in, fruits, water and juices were waiting for us on the table. When we checked out, we were given small gifts. It was very nice, thanks a lot to the staff.

“Excellent place for a family vacation”

We were at the Alpat Homes in July. It's a very comfortable, large apartment. There's a big living room with a kitchen which has everything necessary for your life. The apartment is in the center of Kemer. But it's quiet enough. The beach is nearby, in a five-minute walk. There are many shops and supermarkets near Alpat Homes. The landlord is very friendly. He answered all questions very quickly and helped us. We were very happy to stay at Alpat Homes.

Modern,clean apartment where you feel like at home.All facilities in excellent condition. Very good location - a few minutes from local shops, center and the beach. The owner Koray and his friend Mustafa are very responsible people regarding property maintenance and people living in. This includes pick up from airport and way back, welcoming letter, induction about Kemer and Turkish culture, memorable gifts and much more.
