“Layover for a friend visit”
The hotel was located nearby the airport and there is a shuttle bus service from/to the airport. (Funny thing is taking the shuttle on the way from the airport to the hotel is free of charge but on the way from the hotel to the airport there is a fee of 5€ per person). The atmosphere of the hotel is nice.

I booked the room for my girlfriend, she was a alone on the room and a man that works there enter in the room without be allowed to do that saying that he wants to check the bathroom, the door was locked, even that, he just opened door with his own key. And if she was not prepared tp somebody open the door, if she was changing? When she tried do report it on the reception the recepcionist just said that "That's our policy". So, this was disrespectful, absurdly unacceptable. The most important thing a hotel can guarantee is the safety and privacy of its guests, how absurd.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was cozy and clean, it made me feel like home. Great breakfast and very convenient the shuttle from/to the airport! It’s my new favorite place to stay when I travel through Frankfurt.
