This was just wastage of money, rude staff, smelly rooms, unclean rooms and washrooms, no toiletries provided, no safety, broken locks

Horrible treatment from staff before even opening the door for me. Room was covered in first and filth, huge stain in the middle of the bed, garbage left from previous guest....Charged a damage deposit that wasn't returned and when I asked for it I was threatened and harassed over text. Worst place and person I've ever had to deal with. I have proof of everything

“Cheap, available, good location, run down, poor communication”
The location is good. I booked on the same day and it was the cheapest option at $50 (I’m a back pack traveller so budget is a big deal - this still felt quite expensive) I was greatful they had availability on the day.

Mary the receptionist (owner?) was very nice and friendly. I also loved the location. A block away from bus 97(airport bus) and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Safeway supermarket is 200 meters away.
