This place is exactly what I had been looking for and couldn’t find for months in Albania! You can truly feel how much love and effort has been put into this house. The kitchen has everything you might need and even more, there are plenty of beds, and the interior is full of beautiful details. The private swimming pool and beautiful garden are amazing. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and they prepared an amazing local breakfast for us. If you value peace and nature, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be coming back! ⭐️

Wow! Engjell welcomed us to his wonderfully serene Stonehouse with open arms and fresh raki. The views are breathtaking, the breakfast delicious, and the prospect of the nearly finished pool very exciting! A true Albanian gem, well worth the visit and the effort of the trip. Thank you Engjell

Wonderful family run accomodation with attentive and generous host including a splendid home made /locally sourced breakfast. We loved the view from the deck, the fenced off grassed area for the children to play and help pick things for dinner . We enjoyed spending time in a small village outside of busy tourist area . A very memorable stay wish we could stay longer !

Amazing centuries old cottage in the middle of nowhere. As we were late Reiku the dog was the one who welcomed us in. As shown in pictures, very cozy and great for a retreat to serene place surrounded by hills. would love to visit again for a longer stay.

The hosts were so friendly, we felt very comfortable all the time. Everytime we got fruits and vegetables from the garden and in the morning we got breakfast. It was very very very nice to stay there.

A wonderful escape in the country side, a beautiful veggie patch and very generous hosts who share what they grow! It was a lovely stay and I will definitely be back but next time for longer !

“The best place to stay when travelling around Gjirokastër County!”

The house is nice and comfortable. It's super clean, has all necessary features, very warm — since it has a wood stove. And being located a bit on the hill it provides stunning views on the surrounding mountains. Though, it's the people who made our stay very special here — very warm attitude of the hosts, feeling like coming home. Great communication: very open, friendly and hostpitable people, ready to help! Perfect breakfast from the local home made products. The location of that home would require a car to get there, but it's also very authentic experience to be here in the real Albanian village.

“Awesome value for money with great view and super nice host”

This was our second time we stayed in the Stone house. The house is at the end of the little village and the last short piece of road is not paved. The house is great for groups as it has 2 separate rooms and bathrooms and shared kitchen. Great view from the terrace where one can have a breakfast in the morning. There is also local honey, jams and raki to buy ready in the house.

Very remote location filled with calm and peace. Nice view on the valley and the lady is super nice
