Disappointing Experience at Sea Moon Even though I booked through Booking.com with an offer to get 900 Taka back after a 2-day stay, I never received it. The reception staff gave different information at check-in and check-out — first confirming the offer, then later denying it. They were unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite checking out of my room early and arriving in the rain with a small baby, I was still made to wait until 1 PM for check-in, even though they earlier said 11:30 AM. They had umbrellas but refused to lend one. Overall, a very disappointing stay with poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Start to End , all things are not good. During entrance the compact and suffocating atmosphere. Inside of lift not comfortable and oldest one. Both lifts are going slow and not enough for houseful guests. Breakfast place is very limited, items were also limited, behaviour of restaurant staffs are not polite, not clean properly Ultimately food not good.
