“Frustratingly run-down, uninspiring, and constrained in choices”
The location was amazing, it was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although, the shower in our bathroom had a patch of black mould above the shower rose. The owner / host was on hand to attend to us and ensure our bicycles were safely locked away. The spicy tomato soup - best I have ever tasted. Breakfast is a hearty vegetarian platter of boiled eggs, cheeses and bread.

Magical place to escape the city, enjoy and recuperate. Super accommodating hosts. Welcoming and homely atmosphere in the room and restaurant as well as plentyful healthy delicious food! 10/10 will come again. An inspiring place for anyone but definitely for artists, musicians and writers.

Lovely location, great staff and beautiful surroundings ! Host was welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect. So calm and relaxing. Super close to the Milinger Theetuin which is a great recommendation as well. Great weekend away!

It’s in a lovely location next to the river and nature reserves with plenty of walking opportunities. Good breakfast & a hearty evening meal.

“probably the most unique place I’ve stayed in Europe”
We Travelled from down Germany and Uk to make a quick tour. It looked on my search kinda a unique place and choose it. The staff feels like family and friends. We had a quick chat worh all of them and it feels like talking to someone I knew already, made the stay comfortable. Service was friendly and well explained on arrival how all works. Breakfast was a nice touch, the lobby area looked like a huge living room with a particular design. The Room very clean and just how we expected it. They helped us with our time of traveling to arrange the room Sooner. Would have stayed longer just to chat with the people, I’ve learned more from them then my school teachers. Would recommend it ☺️

“I wish I could have stayed longer.”
Located just off the path on the dyke, this place was super easy to get to - about 10 minutes cycling from the ferry. Accommodation was excellent. The food in the evening was delicious and hearty. Breakfast was amazing. The host was super friendly, chatty and welcoming.
