The price you pay it is a correct one. It is clean and the staff is very nice. Cleaning was made in my room each day. The only aspect I did not like it was the smell in the room.

The room allocated to us was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It also had a rather small but charming balcony.

The Greek owner was very kind and friendly. The room was quite small but fine. The breakfast was in an wonderful place. Good value for the money.

it was a bit mess at check in as it happened that our room was taken by another guest by mistake, but we were given a lovely room, very spacious, quiet, nicely furnished, with a beautiful view to the church. The bathroom was ok, though a bit tired and the owners was planning to make renovations. Overall the hotel is fine, nice quiet place in autumn-winter season. It was very warm inside, we even didn't turn on the heating. Would be great to have a kettle in the room and more plugs.

The location is excellent, very easygoing kind staff and a bar on the ground floor.

“A disaster”

The owner was extremely rude and impolite. He did not meet the polite standard required by a guest. He virtually shoved me into a messed up room which has been used the night before. Disappeared within a second and i was left there thinking what should i do. I had my own towel and had to lay down my clothes on the bed to lie down. Half an hour later he comes in and tells me he put me in the wrong room. I Ordered breakfast on mentioning i am gluten and lactose free he said he would get that sorted in the morning. When i arrived for breakfast he virtually shouted he could either give my money back but, he doesnt have any to provide for me. This we could have eliminated before i climbed back down and up a spiral staircase. I am not a sour grapes person but, I am in hospitality too and i do not treat people like that, I arrived tired at 10pm from a long trip and needed to be accommodated properly. I also did not have another choice other than get a taxi again and rebook etc. at that time would have been too late. He was rude about me arriving just before 10pm and actually looked at his watch even though 10pm is cut off time.

A perfect place to stay in Kehl. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner very kind and helpful. The location great. Highly recommend!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this establishment Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the level of cleanliness in the room provided to me. The bed linens were notably dirty, which is not only unacceptable but also deeply concerning given the current focus on hygiene and sanitation standards in the hospitality industry... Additionally, I must address the matter of the reception staff. Their attitude and level of professionalism were severely lacking. I encountered dismissive and unhelpful behavior from the moment of check-in, which significantly detracted from my overall experience at this hotel. It is essential for the front desk staff to be courteous, attentive, and capable of addressing guests' needs promptly and effectively. Unfortunately, this was not my experience during my recent stay. we ve order through booking a double room with an extra bed free of charge and gave us a single room with an additional cost of 30 euros for a baby bed... all this with verbal agressivity. As a frequent traveler, I understand that occasional issues may arise in any establishment. However, the extent of the shortcomings I encountered during my stay at this hotel was particularly disappointing. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of quality and service, neither of which were adequately provided during my time at your hotel.
