Very good room

My son lost his toy in the lobby, we could not find it even though we addressed the reception. The toy was later found and sent to us via DHL! We were so greateful!

Spacious room and parking facility.

I just don't believe that for almost the same price as the hotel apart Kehl ....u got a fantastic experience. U should review more often and honestly a guest feedback.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection and excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and professional. The location is another big plus: very close to Strasbourg and also perfectly situated for exploring the Black Forest. Besides, the hotel has plenty of parking spots available including the charging.

The room is quite comfortable and clean. The hotel location is also close to Strassburg.

Nice breakfast fully available at 6:30.

The trash wasn’t cleaned. The main doors don’t have a stop which resulted into door closing and the key staying inside!

We loved to stay there. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was functional. We got a kettle at request. Breakfast was delicious - varied and tasty. The staff were helpful and most friendly. Also a few groceries and pharmacy very close by. Most recommended if you plan to visit Strasbourg without worrying about parking.

“The low point of our summer holidays”

Located in an industrial area. Staff is very friendly but unfortunately equally incompetent. The only reason I booked this hotel was for its pool and spa, which we found closed for maintenance. To compensate us the manager decided to invite us for breakfast but forgot to inform us about his decision until check out when the breakfast buffet was already closed. My conclusion: Ok for a business trip but for holidays avoid, avoid, avoid.

Nice Hotel at a good price.

The type of room i booked over Booking.com didn’t match the type i expected to find. I thought the “Studio” I rented came with normal hotel services, such as housekeeping and room service. The hotel said, however, it was a “Ferienwohnung” (holiday rental) with no service. It was a great room and good price for what we received, but not the room we expected.
