“Disappointed as a single mother at the lack of empathy”
It looks nice and comfortable but adding on such a high charge for room service and also for concierge should have been mentioned before booking. Travelling with a baby and a lot of luggage it was very disappointing.

Great location for the airport, I was able to return the rental car after checking out, with just a short journey to Departures at the airport. The room was superb, the decor, fittings and design all excellent.

Stayed twice, it’s a specific versace-like interior, the location is in good proximity to the airport, rooms are clean and fair-sized, the bar and restaurant on a good level. All in all a good experience.

The hotel looks very nice on first impressions. The room itself looked nice and clean. Nice bed and bedding. We did not have time to check out the spa facilities. Breakfast at 5am was good and the young man at reception was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the airport.
