Perfect for our touring schedule, great facilities with wonderful outdoor facilities and vistas. The owner made everything so easy with arrival, entry and again on leaving. Highly recommend.

A luxury modern villa with every amenity in a tranquil relaxing rural setting with stunning views of the mountains olive groves and valley below. An excellent base for exploring the island by car. Only 30 mins drive to many of the popular towns and beaches. The villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable with a spacious terrace and pool. Kate the host is easily contacted if needed and provided a delightful welcome pack - thank you very much! We had a fantastic relaxing holiday at Villa Katerina and I would highly recommend it.

Swimming pool is amazing and cleaned twice a week. 2 bathrooms which are very clean and modern. Soft towels :-) Kitchen was well equiped with dishwasher and espresso machine Outside bbq very nice Host was very responsive!

Stunning villa, with stunning views and all the amenities you would need. Infact, it's probably one of the nicest places we have stayed. The view from the villa is quite literally, a picture. The views across the hills every sunset were amazing. Everything was as expected on arrival with good comms from the host in charge. Such a beautiful location. Albeit, not really walking distance from any shops or restaurants, so a car is necessary, but that is the price you pay for the views and peaceful surroundings. Being that Kefalonia is a relatively small island you are really never that far from any of the go-to towns and villages. This villa is only 30 mins from both Argostoli and Sami, on either side of the island. Would happily return to the island and this villa.

Lovely view and pool Everything there that you’d need Located within 30 mins of lots of key locations eg Sami, Lassi, Lourdata etc Great restaurant 5 mins down the road and small supermarket a bit further on

The views from the terrace are stunning, the villa is cleverly tucked into an olive grove so you feel completely isolated, with a hired car it was a great base to see the island and a perfect home away from home to return to. Loved it.

Beautiful house, amazing location. The house is located outside of town in a rural area, which is amazing since there are no town sounds and on a clear night, you can see a lot of stars. However, everything is very close and easily accessible. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Great modern villa with everything you needed

“All I can say is WOWW!”

This is the first review I have ever written and the 7th time we have been to kefalonia. We booked this villa on booking.com for 10 days and then got flights with easyjet. In all my 42 years I have never stayed in such a beautiful property. The photos really dont do it justice. The views are overwhelming. The villa is situated above the most beautiful fertile valley with flat  fertile fields full of greenery below you and high mountains on all sides. In the distance is the nearest village which has a small shop and a couple of tavernas to eat. The valley has the massive monestry of saint Gerasimos between the village and the villa where you can visit and meet the nuns and monks. The whole area just feels sacred and has a holy feel to it. A car is a must but we always hire one anyway as its needed pretty much anywhere worth staying in kefalonia. On arriving at the property we were met by the lovely friendly Rania who had waited for hours due to our flight being delayed. She gave us the keys and her number in case we needed anything and  just left us alone to enjoy our time on the island. The property is a spacious and light and just so quiet and peaceful. It is a brand new property, hence the lack of reviews which we were a bit concerned about when booking but everything went through so smoothly and the place just blew us away!! It was everything we expected and more! I don't think we will ever find a villa like it again! Its even inspired me to want to buy property in kefalonia and build a place like this. Our hosts had thought of everything from luxurious thick quilts in the cupboard to firelighters for the barbique in the under sink cupboard. The kitchen is fully equiped with brand new washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer and everything you can imagine a kitchen needs. The living area is bright and has a brand new 65inch state if the art samsung smart TV mounted on the wall.
