The Villa location is on the top of the island and have amazing view over a green part of the island and the sea! The proterty has a great arhitecture, is very confortable with modern furniture and everything that you need at your disposal: towels, pool towels, beach towels at your request, shower gel and shampoo 2 in 1, body lotion, soup, air condition in all rooms including kitchen, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine and laundry detergent, everything that you need in a kitchen, dishes, cutlery, paper towels, pans, various kitchen tools, nespresso caffe machine, a big fridge with freezer and a tv in the living room! The outdoor has many spaces to relax…around the pool, at dining area! Lucia, the host, was very helpful from the moment we booked our stay, until we left! She was always available when we had questions about anything…restaurants, beaches, wi-fi, shops! She invite us at a barbeque organised by her and her staff, we only buy the meat! The barbeque area was higher than the position of the Villas and offered a fantastic view on the sunset! We recommend to those who want to relax!

Quiet location at a high point on the island with amazing views. Nothing was too much trouble for our host Lucia who made our stay very special ensuring that we were aware of all the great places the island has to offer. The facilities available at the villa were everything we expected and more.

Lucia was very kind, attentive and hospitable, told us everything in detail about the island, recommended how and where to spend time and constantly helped with everything. The villa is conveniently located on a hill with beautiful views. Excellent layout of the rooms, we were comfortably accommodated. Everything is new in the villa, magnificent interiors with national historical flavor. You don’t feel the August heat at all, because the villa is blown from all sides by a pleasant cool breeze. The air conditioners work great. The kitchen has everything you need, there are comfortable places to relax outside and on the terrace, sun loungers, a beautiful pool. In the evening, beautiful lighting turns on. On the last day of the holiday, Lucia organized an excellent barbecue for us. This was the best place to relax among the six Greek islands we were on. We would recommend this place for a vacation.

The property is very well designed and maintained and offers a comfortable stay (with amazing sea views!) for a group of up to 8 people. Lucia has been very helpful and accommodating, from the moment we booked our stay right until we left. Thanks again, Lucia, we would love to come back!

Very proactive, kind and accommodating host who was always available to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Beautiful sea and landscape views throughout the villa. Fantastic daily cleaners who were friendly and very efficient. Beautiful al fresco dining experience on the terrace. Well-stocked kitchen with care clearly taken to ensure that all the necessary extras were provided (e.g. beach umbrellas, speaker, lamps for dinner, etc). Great variety of spaces for relaxation with thought put into the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The landscaping and plants around the villa were lovely. Private and quiet location despite being a pretty short drive from Skiathos town. Bunnies and butterflies visited us!

Fantastic for our family of 7. Comfortable, private, off the main tourist route but that suited us perfectly. Lucia was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble for her.
