The location is beautiful , staff is nice and helpful, food was really great. The rooms and furnitures have to be refreshed sooner or later.

We took the sea view room upgrade that was offered on check in and we were so pleased as the view was of what post cards are made from. Note, check what beds are in the room, we ended up with 2 x singles!

So accessible (3 min from a train station, 15 min beautiful walk to Kawazu station), amenities (such as onsen), with balcony overlooking the Milky Way, restaurant staff very very nice and friendly, private beach so chill. Just perfect!

Onsen, so magnificent. I also had a conversation with the old staff member and the young staff member at the onsen when I had finished and that was fun and inciteful getting to know a couple of workers who were local to the area. The main attraction is the smorgasbord breakfast. It is so delicious, plentiful, such a broad menu. I Spent more than an hour enjoying breakfast and relaxing in the dining room both mornings.

Location was absolutely beautiful. Just a short walk to a small station and 20 minutes to Kawazu. They also have a free shuttle that goes to the station. Breakfast was really good, but dinner was outstanding. Absolutely loved my stay here and can't wait to come back!

A beautiful quiet hotel by the sea. We were given a room facing the ocean which was wonderful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities for a great stay. The staff were all friendly and approachable. Can't comment on the onsen as we didn't have time to use it.

The Japanese restaurant was exceptional. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. (The manager dealt with a particularly difficult guest ahead of me in the queue in a very polite and professional manner, more than the guest deserved in my opinion) the rooms are spacious, the outdoor baths delightful. View can’t get any better.

The rooms were big compared to Tokyo. Massages were very good!

The view was great and regular shuttle buses are provided to the Kawazu train station. It's also within walking distance to a smaller station

A luxurious hotel with a fantastic view of the ocean. Excellent onsen. So close to the train station at Imaihamakaigan- just 250m away. Free shuttle to Kawazu where you can find the beautiful Zakura promenade. 3 restaurants in house although we didn’t eat in. Instead we bought from the supermarket and heated in the MW provided in the Ice-room. Little gift shop. Easy checkin and check out. All staff speaks English.

Hotel staff were very accommodating, made us feel right at home. So much to do in 1 little resort. Multiple restaurants, relaxation room and massage. Will definitely recommend and be back. Kawazu walking distance to river lined with cherry blossoms.
