“New and comfortable beds & Fresh linen, made the stay very nice!”

Very Neat & clean with a super comfortable bed! Windows are double glazed & kept all the street noise out while we still had a beautiful view outside, will return soon.

The hotel was not exactly clean, there were stains in the room that would need deep cleaning to get out. The bathroom was also not up to standard, water stone in the tiles and such

“No frills budget business hotel”

Good hotel to stay at for quick and easy access to Haneda airport. The rooms and bathroom are of reasonable size The lobby is attached to Excelsior Caffé which is a good place to grab a coffee in the mornings before you set off to work or sightseeing. The breakfast only costs 770 yen for a basic meal comprising of toast (sandwich), soup and coffee. The internet was fast and snappy and the rooms had ethernet LAN port. There are a total of 3 floors that have vending machines and I believe 4 laundry machines for the entire property. Amenities are self-serve at the lobby and you need to pick up your own toothbrush kit and sleepwear before you go up.

Clean, convenient and we especially enjoyed the toiletries and pyjamas. Our room was quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable.

Reasonable size room and bathroom. Cafe on site with breakfast offer. Easy access for airport and transport options.

The hotel was able to keep our luggage after check out so we could explore for the day. Check in and out we're all possible with a machine very easy and you can choose the language. Staff were very friendly and able to help us with getting a few items for the room. Room was clean, beds accommodated two 6 foot people. Tub was a bit on the smaller side but deep enough to fit a 6 foot human. The hotel had items available for the room like instant coffee tea, toiletries including face wash and lotion, and many items that could be loaned to the room. Very close to a major station and tons of restaurants nearby and nightlife.

The braeakfast was boring and only 4 optins. No Japanese option therefore i was having breakfast else where. This was the only disappointing thing about the hotel.

“A great hotel just on the outskirt of metropolitian Tokyo”

I have stayed here during my last 2 trips to Tokyo. The room is clean and cozy, and the size adequate. It comes with its own air conditioner/heater unit which you can set to own preference. Hotel is in a good location, especially if you are flying into or out from Haneda Airport or you wish to visit Yokohama city. It is located close to 2 train stations, JR and Keikyu, where you can easily access via an underground shopping street, and surrounded by shopping malls, many shops, eateries, convenient stores, supermarkets. Hotel has a coin operated laundromat on Level 5. The staff service tops it all; very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I will be staying in the hotel again when I visit Tokyo in March.

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby and short walk to metro. The coffee at the cafe was pretty good too. Staff were very helpful to organise luggage transfer to our next hotel.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location is not that far from the train station and I had no issue carrying my luggage there. The room and toilet were clean and neat. For a solo traveller with big luggage, the space was just nice. Appreciate the selection of TV channels as I do watch TV when I was resting in the room. Guests can borrow iron and iron board by asking at the counter. I love the fact that the washing machine has a dryer option too, so I don't have to go to the laundry room just to move the clothes to be dried.
