“Excellent service and made the end of our trip seamless”
- The staff were extremely accommodating. We arrived early and asked if they could store our luggage. They said that the room was actually ready and we could check-in earlier and be able to put our luggage away. On our way back our flight was not until the afternoon. They let us check-out and leave our luggage to go explore and come back. This made our trip way less stressful especially since my suitcase was filled to the brim with shopping and snacks. - The space was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. - The bed was soooo comfortable it made falling asleep really easy. - Location was excellent being near lots of shops and great places to eat. We did not try the hotel restaurant but it smelt amazing. - Hotel Enmichi was one of the few stays where the bathroom ventilation worked really well. When accommodation is so small a decent bathroom becomes so important. - We were very grateful for a decently sized rubbish bin. You don't realise what you have until it's gone. - They provide a pyjama t-shirt dress that is so soft. I never thought I would be commenting on pjs in a hotel review but here we are. Would stay just for them to be honest.

“Great location in Kawasaki with easy access to Tokyo and surrounds.”
Very reasonably priced compared to other similar properties. Easy walking distance to 2 railway stations. Lots of food options close by. Room was on the small side, but great to be able to slide our large suitcases under the bed and perfectly comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend. Tip when staying here - make sure to check out the incredible views from the 25th floor of the Town Hall (next door). Free entry is a bonus.

Second time staying here. GREAT place. Great location, staff and vibe. Feels very Japanese in the sense that there aren't a lot of tourists. Close to so many things to do, places to eat and lots of transport.

“A short but sweet stay in a centrally located, extremely affordable hotel.”
Only a short walk from Kawasaki station, the hotel was clean, neat and very affordable. The staff made the check in process easy even though we didn't arrive until very late in the evening and the ammenties provided were substantial.

“Great hotel, kind and considerate staff”
Provided amazing free amenities, consistent great service - they also do takkyubin services and make it so easy for you! They also had an incredible restaurant downstairs. Just all around a 10/10 experience, especially for the price!

Great location in Kawasaki, with a short walk to both JR and Keikyu stations - the latter being very useful for us making it to Haneda airport for 6am for our flight. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were in great condition, and about the average size. Staff were welcoming and our forwarded bags were waiting for us in the lobby when we arrived. Didn't try the food but the restaurant looked promising.
