15 minute walk from Kawasaki Train Station is great, with lots of food options en route. Room was to be expected for a long stay option and most aspects were adequate, such as TV with at least one English channel, cooking facilities, and lighting.

Very nice view from the top floor fire exits on the side. The room had more than enough space for one person with 2 big suitcases. The bathroom was nice and clean.

It was value for money. Good option if you arrive at Haneda airport. There is a kettle and a stove. Possibility to leave luggage after your checkout.

We were happy with the room but what we really like and we were really thankful was the staff. The person working at the reception was really polite and help us a lot with everything, he was really nice. The location is also great to see other parts of Tokio and also to reach Haneda airport is OK.
